The average disclosed salary was $127,888 and the median was $115,250 — the disclosure covers only employees above the $100,000 threshold in force that year, not the entire public-sector workforce.
Compared with 2009, the list grew by 7,466 names (+12%, from 64,218 to 71,684), and the average disclosed salary fell 0.5% from $128,542.
