The average disclosed salary was $126,933 and the median was $115,292 — the disclosure covers only employees above the $100,000 threshold in force that year, not the entire public-sector workforce.

Compared with 2022, the list grew by 33,732 names (+13%, from 266,948 to 300,680), and the average disclosed salary rose 1.6% from $124,938.
