The average disclosed salary was $126,235 and the median was $113,847 — the disclosure covers only employees above the $100,000 threshold in force that year, not the entire public-sector workforce.
Compared with 1999, the list grew by 2,227 names (+27%, from 8,125 to 10,352), and the average disclosed salary rose 1.3% from $124,580.
