The average disclosed salary was $134,229 and the median was $122,262 — the disclosure covers only employees above the $100,000 threshold in force that year, not the entire public-sector workforce.

Compared with 2024, the list grew by 27,041 names (+7.2%, from 377,881 to 404,922), and the average disclosed salary rose 1.3% from $132,497.
