The average disclosed salary was $125,870 and the median was $113,876 — the disclosure covers only employees above the $100,000 threshold in force that year, not the entire public-sector workforce.

Compared with 2019, the list grew by 38,757 names (+23%, from 167,098 to 205,855), and the average disclosed salary fell 1.2% from $127,396.
