The average disclosed salary was $127,396 and the median was $115,284 — the disclosure covers only employees above the $100,000 threshold in force that year, not the entire public-sector workforce.
Compared with 2018, the list grew by 15,723 names (+10%, from 151,375 to 167,098), and the average disclosed salary rose 0.1% from $127,230.
