Alberta’s 2025 compensation disclosure is in the middle of being published. As of the latest update, 3,932 records have been posted — about 60% of the 6,537 disclosed for 2024, the last complete year. Because the data is released one organization at a time, this page reports only what can be stated accurately right now: how much has landed and which employers it has come from.

So far, 104 public-sector employers have appeared in the 2025 data — roughly 95% of the 109 that reported in 2024. Some of the largest are still only partly loaded, so totals, averages, and “highest-paid” rankings are not shown here — they would be skewed by whoever happened to report first.

This 2025 tracker will continue to fill in, and once the disclosure is complete it becomes the permanent 2025 record at this same page.
