The Newfoundland and Labrador Compensation Disclosure is a public report of employees in the provincial public sector whose total compensation exceeded $100,000 during a fiscal year. It is published by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador through the Treasury Board Secretariat.
Unlike Ontario's Sunshine List which only reports salary and taxable benefits, the NL disclosure provides a detailed breakdown of compensation including base salary, overtime, bonuses, shift premiums, retroactive pay, severance, and other compensation — giving a more complete picture of total public sector pay.
The disclosure covers employees of public sector organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador, including:
